Really good stay in the heart of the city

I had a really good stay. The staff were helpful. They were very friendly. The room included a fridge and a safe, which I found very useful. I really appreciated the spotlessly clean room.
The air conditioning was a little noisy and disrupted my sleep.

The room was quiet, despite the central location. I found the bed comfortable and I slept really well. The bathroom was modern and the shower was amazing (such good water pressure!).

Breakfast was nice, with a good selection. I noticed the staff kept the breakfast area very clean. I enjoyed the coffee, as well. A hearty breakfast helped set me up for the day.

The room size was disappointing. I barely had space to open my suitcase. Breakfast started too late for my schedule, so i missed it.

Fantastic stay in the HEART of it all

the LOCATION was perfect, right in Leicester Square, so convenient for theaters and restaurants. I found the bed very comfortable, and the room was surprisingly quiet given the central location. I was greeted by friendly staff and the communal toilets were Super clean. IT'S a hotel I will return to.
i found there was NO wardrobe, just a pole with a few hangers, a bit difficult to organize my clothes properly.
